About cXc

One cloud-native, event-driven platform — covering counterparties, commissions, compliance, client money, and trading audit.

The Team

The people behind the platform.

Jaidip Banerjee

Jaidip Banerjee

35 years in enterprise technology, three of those decades inside financial services and insurance — at Churchill, RBS Insurance, Cigna and as Head of Architecture at Towergate (now Ardonagh Group), where he led the FCA-driven counterparty transformation unifying onboarding, TOBA/DUA agreements, trading and commissions onto a single platform, alongside multi-million-pound finance, policy administration and cloud programmes. Additional financial services work at Citibank, Barclays and NCB Capital; wider career spans complex programmes across telco, energy and industrials. He's building CXC because the industry has spent thirty years patching the gap between distribution, commissions and client money — and the patches don't hold.

Steve Newton

Steve Newton

Steve switched to the vendor side in 2014 and now leads development strategy at the award-winning Go-Insur platform whilst heading up the IT development for Lares.

Our Vision

One platform. The whole lifecycle.

The insurance distribution technology market is deliberately fragmented — carriers buy one system, MGAs buy another, brokers piece together a third from point solutions and Excel. The result: errors, leakage, compliance failures, and wasted resource.

cXc Distribution Management changes that. We're building the infrastructure layer for distribution-led insurance — a single, cloud-native, event-driven platform that covers Counterparty management, commissions, compliance, client money, and trading audit in one integrated system.
